Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan
and fry onions till they become transparent.
2. Add garlic flakes or garlic paste and
fry, then add green chillies and salt.
3. Wash and clean shark fish; Add turmeric
and salt.
4. In a separate pan, cook shark till soft, drain
the water away and smash the cooked shark well without lumps.
5. Put the smashed shark in the onion, ginger and
green chillies, mix and fry well.
6. Add the grated coconut and fry well for 5 to
10 min.
7. Serve hot as a side-dish.
