Method:
1. Wash and grate the
turnip & put in a vessel.
2. Add the rice
flour, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli paste
and salt.
3. Mix well and
prepare like a chapatti dough. You need not add
water.
4. Take a small
orange size ball & spread on a non-stick tawa into
thin roties with the help of water.
5. Cover the roties &
roast with little oil on medium flames & serve with
chutney of your choice.
Note: For mixing, we need not add water.
For spreading, we can use little amount of water or
oil & spread into thin layers. These roties will
be healthy .

Method:
1.
Soak the sago in curds for
half an hour.
2. Add
the rice flour, salt, chilly pieces, chopped
coriander leaves and salt.
3.
Prepare roties as we prepare the mooli roties.
4.
Cover & roast in medium flames.
5. As
we use very little oil , these roties are tasty as
well as healthy.
