Mix the sugar with enough water to soak it
completely and heat it to one string
consistency.

Add the besan powder, coconut and little ghee. Mix well.

Let the mixture start to boil. Slowly add the rest of the ghee. The mixture
should be stirred well.
4.To
check for the right consistency drop a little of the boiling mixture into a
small cup of
water. If it forms a soft firm ball it is time to switch off the
flame.
5.
Now add the chopped cashew and cardamom powder.
6.
Keep
on stirring the mixture till it does not stick to the sides of the vessel.
7.
Spread
the mixture on a greased plate and cut into pieces before it hardens.
