1.
Boil the potatoes and remove the skin. Smash them nicely and keep aside.

In
a kadai fry dhania, channadal and red chilies with a tea spoon of oil till they
are golden brown in colour.

Grind
them nicely with 1/2 cup of grated coconut. You
can add little water if needed.
4.
In
the kadai add the smashed potatoes with little water. Add salt and a pinch of
turmeric powder. When it starts to boil add the ground mixture. When the gravy
starts to boil
add curry leaves and remove from flame.
