(can add other vegetables such as raddish etc.,) Ingredients
to be ground into a paste

Ground to make it into paste.
Method :
1.
Slice all the vegetables, cook them with
a little amount of water in the microwave on
'high' for 5 minutes.
2. Heat some oil in a micro-safe pan , add the ground paste to the oil and let it cook till the oil
separates from the paste.
3. Then add the cooked vegetables, allow it to cook for another 3 minutes on
'medium' mode.
4. Add curd and cook on low for another 5 minutes. Add curry leaves and keep it
on 'standby' for 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot as
a side dish.
