Ingredients

Basmathi rice - 2 cup.
Chicken  - 1/2 kg 
Water - 4 cup
Oil  - 4 1/2 tbsp.
Mint leaves - 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves - a handful
Cloves - 2
Green Chillies  - 8.
Red Chilly powder  -  1/2tsp
Ginger-garlic paste  - 1 tsp.
Onions(finely chopped)  - 3
Salt - as required.
Lemon  - 1.
Fresh thick curd  - 1 cup.

For garnishing

1) Chopped Green Coriander 
2) Cashew nuts 

Method : 

1. Wash rice, drain and soak it for 30 minutes.

2. Wash the chicken pieces. Cook the chicken with oil, cloves, a tablespoon of water, curd, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, coriander leaves, onions, Red chilly powder and salt at 'High mode' for 10 minutes.

3. Add rice along with the required amount of water and cover cook on 'Medium mode' for 8 minutes.

4. Garnish with chopped green coriander and cashew nuts.
