Method
1. In a microwave safe bowl, add the roasted semiya, javvarasi along
with ghee and cook for 5 minutes with stirring in between. The
microwave is set on high.
2. Add milk and cook again in high for 2 minutes.
3. Add the sugar, elachi and cook on medium mode for 7 minutes till the payasam becomes thick.
4. Garnish with fried cashew nuts and raisins.
Note:
The Sago (ƒùÅ⺢)
should be presoaked for atleast an half hour before
use.
