- low
calories food doesn't allow you to eat in surplus. You
must have balanced diet.
- Genetic problem such as obesity can be one
of the reasons of over weight.
- Another factor which contributes in a big way to over weight
is putting an abrupt halt to regular exercising.
Dealing
With Over Weight- Set
up an eat-up schedule for yourself.
- Avoid
eating oily food.
- Try
to exercise for at least 3 times for minimum of 30 minutes in
a week. Start off easily and gradually increase. Make sure that
you stick on the schedule & don’t quit it on the way.
- Keep
a record of foods and fat grams eaten as you eat them.
- Long and a steady walk, is the only best exercise to reduce your
weight problem.
