BREATHING FOR VIBRANCE :

TO FEEL VIBRANT THROUGHOUT THE DAY, REMEMBER THESE SIMPLE THINGS

1. Let your body move with your breathing. Avoid any posture that keeps your spine from flexing with every breath.

2. Let your belly relax as your breathe. Keep your awareness on belly-tension throughout the day. When you feel your belly tense up, relax it and take a few deep breaths down and in to your belly.

3. Feel the pause at the end of each out-breath.

4. Now and then throughout the day, Take a 'whole-body breath': Let your belly expand with the in-breath, then bring the breath all the way up so that it expands your rib-cage and collar-bones.


Diet for Cancer Prevention :

1. Avoid polyunsaturated vegetable oils, margarine, vegetable shortening, all partially hydrogenated oils, and all foods (such as deep-fried foods) that might contain trans-fatty acids. )

2. Use only hormone-free, organically produced animal food and vgetables.

3.Increase intake of Omega-3 fatty acids found in f fish oils .

4.Include soy feeds in the diet regularly.

5. Drink green tea regularly.

6. Make sure to include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet.
