A real good artiste.

No certainly not. I am an easygoing person. So its not a big issue at
all.
Will you be able to direct an action thriller?
Of course, yes. Do you think it's tough to make an action thriller
for a person who lives with his wife?

favourite director?
Storywriter is Director Mahendran, favourite director is Balu Mahendra.
Do you think you have achieved what you
wanted?
There is no end for achievement. Each and every thing is a mere start
in life.
Is it secured to depend media income alone?
No not at all for a stage artiste.
What is the success formula for the media?
People are the success. A project should reach atleast 80% of the viewers
as an incident happened or happening in and around them.
Are you happy with the trend of our mega
serials?
I'm really happy to answer this question. I am totally against this
trend. I try my level best to criticize it to the core through my serials.
I feel that there cannot be a story to drag for 200 or 300 weeks.
Why are the stage dramas not getting
proper response compared to cinema or serial?
A real good question. If you compare the budget of a stage drama with
that of a serial or cinema,it is nothing. For example consider the set
designed for cinema or serial. But in stage we don't go for different
sets for different scenes. We use whatever we get .
What is your opinion about artistes getting
into politics?
According to me, it is not at all necessary. But it depends on individuals.
If you feel like getting retired from this media then take a chance
to try your luck using your popularity.
About the death of Shivaji, the Giant
of Tamil film industry ?
I have a lot of respect for him. Particularly because he too was from
the stage. I too share my grievance along with everyone.
How do you think that the vaccuum created
by him will get filled?
He is a giant. There is no second thought in that. But I personally
feel that an unfilled vaccuum cannot be created in this world by the
demise of an individual.
Are you a theist or atheist?
I like this question too. I am a real theist. Here I need to remember
my dialogue I wrote for the drama "Rahim Thedia Ram".
What is the lesson you learnt with your huge
experience in this industry?

What is your response to the general comment
that people from stage to camera overact?
Stage artistes reach the person in the last row thro' their dialogue
delivery not thro' the expressions. Then how can they overact in front
of the camera?
Something u still disagree in this industry?
I always disagree with only one thing in this media. It's that the pregnancy
in this media is confirmed only after a vomiting or a fainting. It looks
so prematured. Do we really need to continue with such old fashioned
techniques?
