Dindigul
(TamilNadu) sure seems to generate child prodigies; our sensation
this week, Sibi Sudhan also hails from Dindigul! Well….
Sibi is just three years old; but looking
at his talents, one cannot help being amazed… Age really does
not matter, is what God is trying to tell us!
He is obviously
at ease with the world he is born into:

A computer whiz
too!
Perhaps you assume Sibi knows what a computer is. You
are in for a surprise. This three-year-old is adept in Paint
software; he can create a file in Notepad. You will find it
difficult to distract him when he is into a ‘3 D Home’ session.
And of course, he draws pictures and designs his own greeting
cards that are as lovely as this winsome kid.
And if you want to see if a new makeup or hairdo becomes you, just
approach Sibi, he will design a makeup, hairstyle and match it
against a cute background for that superb finish (is probably
there in his genes; his mother is a beautician and owns a digital
beauty land and his father owns a photoland; so…)
Music enthuses him
Sibi is learning traditional
Carnatic Music
and shows tremendous interest in the nuances of music. He recites
the Kritis of Saint Thyagaraja (a renowned music composer).
Light Music,
is for him, just the other side of the coin he likes so much!
Mathematics
The engineering skills of his Grand Father have
really percolated into this lovable kid.
He can design
Magic squares.
(Filling numbers in the squares of 3*3 or 4*4 or 5*5. The totals
in the boxes are the same, added horizontally, vertically or
diagonally.)
Tamil literature
The boy is able to recite more than 100 kurals
(couplets of the renowned Tamil poet Thiruvalluvar). His rendering
of Bharathiar (a renowned Tamil poet who played a major role in
kindling the patriotic spirit of captive India, apart from his
soul-stirring devotionals) songs will tug at the strings of your
heart.
English
As a Lower Kindergarten student in Soundararaja
Vidyalaya in Dindigul, he willingly takes to his school lessons.
He can recite the nursery rhymes in flawless English and deliver
prolific speeches on National Leaders.

Sibi’s parents C.Pandian and P.Lakshmi recognizing his
exemplary analytical skills and excellent grasping powers went all
out for providing him the learning space. And Sibi’s continuous
willingness to learn more has made him a little master of various
arts and sciences.

09.12.2001 : He gave a speech on Vivekananda over
All India Radio, Madurai Station..
24.02.2002 : He participated in a Live Broadcast in the All
India Radio, Kodaikanal Station and answered questions from the public
for over one hour. The audience was spellbound.

A note
His talents do not end here. The boy is showing keen interest in
games too. He has already mastered all the movements of Chess.
Sibi is on to a promising future. His parents Mr.C.
Pandian and Mrs. Lakshmi Pandian do feel that they can do
a lot more for this budding genius if sponsors were more forthcoming.
