Q.  Your Grace should descend on the entire world which is in dire need of it.Why is it allowed to be locked in the storage tanks of devotees?

The devotees do not merely save the showers (of Grace) but channelize it for productive use. Otherwise the whole thing will go down the drain. 

"Rainwater harvesting" is the buzzword nowadays! Learn the art of preserving the previous downpour, then you will be able to put it to use. If you have no such inclination for storing, but you feel jealous of the water supply to your neighbour, whose fault is it? 

Install your own storage tank to receive and store water and then watch the results.
