Such a beautiful campus, such personal care that leaves no scope for any indiscipline, such an efficient and effective warden system, administrative system that ensures students are reprimanded for their mistakes, even if the disciplining is not palatable to the students. The adolescent age revolts against any form of disciplining, but we ensure that you are disciplined, so that your later years will not be wasted in repentance but will be full of happiness at your achievements.

Today you are all a little bit adamant. And you think what you know is the world. You do not want to take the advice of the elders. A time will come when you will become more matured, when time mellows you. Only then you will realize how much Baba has taken care of you, how much the teachers have done for you, how much of a fantastic life you led here. My point is, while you are here, make the best use of this campus and the people who are here to counsel you. No use regretting later that you let this opportunity pass by.

There was a student from overseas, a good boy; he had lot of faith in us and studied well. His only problem was that we do not serve non-vegetarian food. We tutored him well and he did score good marks in his tenth standard board exams. But his craze for non-vegetarian food weaned him away to join in another school. But within six months, he came to me one day during counseling and cried to me, “Bobs! Please save me” - - I am telling you this because you should understand what went wrong with somebody who failed to utilize our school. Remember he is a good boy - - He came crying to me, his face dark and disturbed- - he said, “Please save me. I am studying in <named a particular school>. In that school hostel, they are torturing me physically. I am forced to take drugs. Every day I feel I am sinking. I feel guilty. I feel so bad and there is no way that I can come out of it. If I come now, will you admit me in your school?”

Similarly there were some children we sent out of the school because they showed no interest in being disciplined. They were totally into negative habits and were not prepared to heed any good advice. They will know only later how much they have lost in life by refusing to be good.

Last week I was talking to some students who have joined us from another established school. They said they did not have any teachers to teach them in that school. A third or fourth standard teacher would come and take classes for tenth standard students. When the students complained to the principal, apparently the principal said, ‘If you want, study on your own. Else, quit’. And for this, the school charges lakhs of rupees as fees! And they refused to allow parents into the campus, it seems.

Compare that with the facilities you have here. Parents can come and stay with you because we want the parents to know how well you are being taken care of. I want them to see what food is given to you, the atmosphere that is so rejuvenating, the discipline with which we are bringing you up and how much personal care is taken for education, training, examination and coaching. You may not know my worth and my philosophies and people who are taking care of you, sacrificing their personal interests for your well-being and upbringing.
Having stated all these, I do appreciate the implied meaning in the question the student has asked, ‘How do we not leave you?’ For that, my answer is ‘You can always come here. Any old student can always come here. We will continue to treat you very well if you are going to stay here. If you want to do some work, if you want to learn, we can always help.
I was invited to address the students at a college in Trichy. One of our students who passed out from the first batch of 12th standard has joined there. She was witness to the way my lecture took 2000 people, graduates and post-graduates as my friends. They were interested in my way of working, because I talk of what you can do for yourself, I give you self-esteem and give tips for making their life better. So, being one student out of 2000, our old student will understand how I can enthuse 1999 other students too within 45 minutes of my lecture. She will know my worth.

I will be growing sky high in the coming years. You will be proud that you were with Baba, joking with me, dancing with me. You will be proud of that moment. I have come to rule the world. I have not come to rule only Ramarajya, Chennai or India. I have come to guide the destiny of the world.

Believe it when I say, the world’s problem will come to me. I have to solve it in my own spiritual way. And the whole world will look to us for guidance. At that time you should be proud that you were with Baba, you walked with him, you talked with him. Every minute will be a proud minute in your life in the coming years because you are with the person who has come to guide the destiny of the world. You may not understand now. But you will understand it one day.

All the children who are with me from 1998, understand my worth today. They trusted me and worked with me in that 600 sq.ft. place at Mannady. See to what proportions I have grown now. All those who believed in me are peaceful and prosperous and well-settled.
Siva Shankar Baba can mould the destiny of people. I can do anything for the institution if I really want. I am going slow, because people are not reaching to the occasion. Siva Shankar Baba is not a physical presence. He is a spiritual being. I know your every thought, word and action, regardless of whether I am physically present that minute. It is up to you to be honest and sincere, so that I can do the best for you. I will pretend I do not know anything, but believe me, I know every single thing that happens, because everything happens as I ordain.
