What is the difference between vibration and trance?

Trance happens when you forget yourself. You are not in your normal senses. You are possessed by some spirit and it uses your body. That is called Trance. Vibration is a higher level of electrical energy which flows from or through your physical body when you get charged. You can feel it in different ways. Vibration is connected to the energy flow and trance is connected to the conquering of the mind, the beyond-mind stage
