I, for one, never take any money for any of our services. I have never taken even one rupee for any of my lectures or for participating in any public programmes either in India or abroad. I have travelled on my own always.

All our temple services are without kattanam, kaanikkai and nidhi vasool. We perform big yaagams and poojas totally free and anyone can come, participate and benefit. Absolutely no money is involved. In fact we give free food and our educated volunteers polish the shoes of the visiting devotees.

We run a 350-bedded charitable hospital and we have adopted 110 villages for rural upliftment programs.

We run an old age home for Rs 500 a month without any other charges.
On every Tuesday, we distribute free food to pregnant women in the primary health centres, sponsor free food to old age homes and sponsor any health care and educational activities in Kancheepuram and Chengalpattu districts.

We have donated a truck to clear garbage from public places for the use of the Kelambakkam Panchayat. We run nine websites for spiritual queries, publish 3 magazines for spiritual seekers and give counseling on Saturday, Sundays and Pournamis (Full Moon Days) to any seeker which is totally free.

The most important point to be noted is that we don’t take any donation directly or indirectly from anyone and we manage the funds for all our charitable services from our youth hostels and working women hostels for engineering college students and IT professionals.

We run a CBSE and Tamil Nadu State Board syllabus school of international repute, with 1200 students without any donations or deposits. We give 50 lakhs worth scholarships every year to deserving students and this is open to all.

We have low cost housing projects for real spiritual seekers. We are totally secular, having a Hindu temple, Mosque, Church, Jain temple and a Buddha temple. There is no caste in the commune of 300 families which we have established. In fact even in our school application form, we do not ask for religion/ caste.

We do not discriminate between people and try to help everyone unselfishly. We have created a spiritual centre where anyone can come and stay free for getting peace and bliss.
All our activities are transparent. Our gates are open for all. We just work on the principles of humanitarian values and human resource pooling - Manidha Neyamum Manidha Valamum. Most of our community members are highly educated volunteers from middle class families.
We do not look to the political support or support from the people with affluence. 70% of our following is from the educated youth whom we have moulded over the last 15 years.
In fact we have confined our activities to the local areas and local districts to set example as to how a social transformation can be brought about without money being the instrument.
