Q. What are the qualities we must imbibe for making grade in God’s judgment?

All faiths declare that God’s judgment is passed on the last day of your life. The public exams that children take may come in the month of March or late February or early April, based on the decision that the examining board takes. Only a foolish child will attempt to study during the last few days; an intelligent child will make diligent preparations during the whole year for the exam. He will be ready to take the exam anytime. Hence he is sure to succeed.

Similarly, not wasting time waiting for Judgment day, you must live each day fruitfully, endeavouring to please God and then you are sure to succeed. Be prepared to take the exam any time.

If God questions you tomorrow, you must be able to face Him boldly, knowing that you have not committed any mistake. If there is nothing you have done to be ashamed of, then you will not be afraid of God.

Lead a life that God will be proud of. Lead a life such that even He cannot fail you whatever way He tries. That is the right approach.

Do not be afraid of God. I laugh with God and at God as a friend. I know I am perfect; even HE cannot find any fault with me or my lifestyle. If you live life in a right way, you will be able to look God in the face.

I believe I have the right to rebuke God, because I do my work well. I bear the crosses thrust on me with indomitable patience. God is wise enough to give me the resources to function, because He is very much aware that He cannot get another sincere servant like me.

God has not helped me. I have helped God. I have sacrificed so much for God. God has not done any sacrifice for me, even this minute. That itself is proof that I have lived right. And that is my equation with God. I am not afraid of God. If you can lead such a life, you will be beyond judgment. (laughs) Why must we allow God to judge us? We must render ourselves capable of judging God.
