Please carefully read the following terms. By checking the “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of volunteering for nilacharal” box in volunteer application form, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms:

1.0 Responsibility of volunteers:

1.1 Volunteers are required to provide the correct information as needed in the volunteer form. This information will NOT be shared or sold outside the team.

1.2 Volunteers are strictly allowed to use any information/privileges/contacts/tools obtained from Nilacharal for Nilacharal’s purposes only. You agree that you will not sell/share/distribute any such information/goods.

1.3 Volunteers can represent Nilacharal only after getting written permission from a responsible person in Nilacharal.

1.4 Volunteers are required to return any equipment/tools/books/Disks or any other good obtained from nilacharal when they discontinue or terminated from the service.

1.5 Volunteers are required NOT to misguide nilacharal with false information or news item.

1.6 When a task is accepted by the volunteer, it has to be completed on time or the delay should be communicated well in advance.

1.7 Volunteers who are in time sensitive assignments are required to inform their holiday plan in advance.

1.8 Volunteers have the right to stop volunteering for Nilacharal at any time. However, giving at least one week’s notice and updating the status of the work assigned will be very much appreciated.

2. 0 Termination of services:

2.1 Misuse of Nilacharal’s name/properties/goods will lead to the termination of your involvement with Nilacharal and nilacharal has the right to take legal action against the volunteer.

2.2 Providing false information or deliberate misguidance will lead to termination of your services.

3.0 Payment/Expenses:

3.1 Nilacharal Ltd is not obliged to, nor will we make any, payment to volunteers. However, expenses may be claimed if written approval is sought in advance.

4.0 Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for, and you release us from any claim for, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however arising and on any theory of liability, including without limitation, contract or tort (including negligence or otherwise) in connection with your participation in Nilacharal even if we were aware of the possibility of such damage or if such damage was foreseeable.

You undertake and agree to indemnify us and keep us fully indemnified against all actions, suits, claims or demands, costs or expenses (including any and all of our legal fees on an indemnity basis) arising from or relating to: (a) any breach of these terms or any express or implied warranty or representation by you; (b) any claim by any person arising out of the provision of your services; and (c) any damage, injury or loss caused by or resulting from any willful act or negligence by you.

5.0 Limitation on claims:

Volunteers cannot claim partial or complete ownership of any part or property of Nilacharal.com or Nilacharal Ltd

6.0 Modification of terms:

Any changes to these terms will be posted on the Nilacharal website at nilacharal.com. You will be bound by the version in existence at the time you tick the “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of volunteering for nilacharal” box. For important changes to the terms, Nilacharal might seek volunteer’s acceptance by email.

7.0 Law:

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

If any of these terms are found by any court or other competent authority to be illegal, unlawful or unenforceable, then the remainder of these terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
