When do they smile? Interestingly, whenever you see them! They make us feel accepted with their smile. Any child loves to be cuddled by their tender affection. All of us are children within. We tend to find comfort in their loving smile and caring words.

How do they talk? With compassion. Always we feel that they understand what we are going through. Their words soothe us and their gestures comfort us. Though they speak little, every word they speak is emphatically sincere.

What do they listen to? Our words - spoken or otherwise. They are always there to share our feelings. They laugh with us when we are happy and console us when we are not. They make us aware of our mistakes without objecting to anything, but just by nodding in disapproval.

Who are these wonderful people? We. Each one of us is admirable. Let us strive to discover that nice person in us. We can help the world a great deal by being just nice.

Cube Neighbour

She's my colleague. In fact a little more than that. A friend. I met her on day two of my new job. I could make out that she is a gentle and soft spoken lady with an original air of elegance.

True to the saying, happiness comes in small packages. She does little things that put a smile on your face and warmth in your heart. Be it the little candy jar that she keeps for us, the cute table top flower pot or the kitty doll she enjoys. Everything reflects her immaculate taste and sense of appreciation for the finer nuances of life.

She remembers our birthdays. Arranges celebration lunches. She takes care of her friends so much that we sometimes call her mom.

People like her make a difference in our life everyday. Some of us recognize and some dont. A small word of appreciation would make them very happy. We are always surrounded by people like her. If we recognize them, let us acknowledge and appreciate them. Its not worth waiting till they leave us to tell how much we miss them.
