பாபா பதில்கள் -கடவுளை காதலி

காதல் என்பது ரொம்ப அழகான விஷயம். பாரதியாரே சொல்லியிருக்கிறார், ‘காதல் செய்வீர் மானுடரே’ என்று.

காமம் வேறு, காதல் வேறு. காமம் என்பது ஒரு தேகாபிமானம். உடம்பின் மேல் வைக்கிற ஒரு மோகம். அது காதல் அல்ல. . Love is something unique. Simple definition of love can be caring and sharing. Somebody should love you for whatever you are, despite all your faults and blemishes. உன்னிடத்திலிருக்கிற குறைகளை அவர்கள் பார்க்கக்கூடாது. No judgments. அப்படியிருந்தால் they are in love.

There are two aspects in love. They should care for you and, whatever they have they must be willing to share with you. Caring and sharing is real love. Otherwise, it is just an infatuation. ஒரு பூ இருக்கு. அது நம் கையில் கிடைக்காத வரைக்கும் ரொம்ப நல்லாயிருப்பதாகத் தோன்றும். அது, நம் கையில் கிடைத்த இரண்டு மணிநேரத்துக்குள் நாமே அது வாடிவிட்டதென்று குப்பைக் கூடையில் வீசிவிடுவோம். Lust has limitations. ஒரு பொருளை அனுபவிக்காத வரைக்கும் அதுமேல் மோகமாக இருக்கும். அதே நினைப்பாக இருக்கும். சில எதிர்ப்பார்ப்பு இருக்கும், எனக்கு உன்கிட்டே இது வேணும் என்கிறமாதிரி. எனவே Valentine’s Day கொண்டாடும்போது நீங்கள் எல்லாம் ஞாபகம் வைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டியது இதுதான். It should be real love. The definition of true love is caring and sharing. ‘உடுக்கை இழந்தவன் கைபோல ஆங்கே இடுக்கண் களைவதாம் நட்பு.’ வேஷ்டி இடுப்பிலிருந்து கீழே விழும்போது கை ஓடிப்போய் அதைப் பிடித்துக்கொள்ளுமாம். அந்த மாதிரி நம்ம friendக்கு எதாவது பிராப்ளம் இருந்தால் ஓடிப்போய் உதவி செய்கிற அளவுக்கு நமக்கு மூட் இருக்கணும். அதுதான் உண்மையான நட்பு என்பது. All over the world people use this Valentine’s Day as a pretext for making friendship and those friendships are not made for love. They are made for certain bodily attachments.

That is not true. Your best Valentine on this earth is God only. Only He fits into your definition of caring and sharing. God cares for you. இல்லைன்னா, உன்னை மனுஷனாக படைத்திருப்பாரா ஆடாகவோ, கோழியாகவோ, மாடாகவோ பிறந்திருப்பே. And He has given you eyes, ears, nose, and some dress to wear, parents to look after you, some friends to take care of you, a school to study and a mind to think. All these are God’s ways of proving to you that He cares for you. He is willing to share whatever He has. He has created this beautiful world with the vast sky, waters, waterfalls, rivers, the moon, the sun, the star, the galaxy – all these He is sharing with you. God is shaing all what He has with you. He never says ‘I have created this big world. It does not belongs to you. It is mine only’. Whether you want or not, even now your nostrils are breathing in oxygen from the air. What you are exhaling is carbon-di-oxide. You are giving something bad to God. The plants are converting this carbon-di-oxide into oxygen and you are utilising that. காற்று என்னைக்காவது ‘இவன் மூக்கில்தான் போவேன், அவன் மூக்கில் போகமாட்டேன். இவன் மூக்கில் அரை கிலோ கம்மியாகவும் அவன் மூக்கில் அரை கிலோ அதிகமாகவும் போவேன்’னு சொல்லியிருக்கா?’ God is impartial. He cares for all. Whether you like Him or not, whether you understand Him or not, whether you thank Him or not, God still cares for you. God still loves you. This aspect you never seem to realise.

ஒரு ஆற்றில் குளிக்கப்போறீங்க. யார் வேண்டுமானாலும் குளிக்கலாம், யார் வேண்டுமானாலும் தண்ணி எடுத்துக் குடிக்கலாம், யார் வேண்டுமானாலும் விவசாயத்துக்கு எடுத்துக்கலாம், யார் வேண்டுமானாலும் எலக்டிரிசிட்டிக்கு எடுத்துக்கலாம். ஆறு குப்புசாமிதான் குளிக்கணும். முனுசாமி குளிக்கக்கூடாதுன்னு சொல்லாது. Without any discrimination if something happens, that is divine. Why do people think Siva Shankar Baba is divine? I have no discrimination.  I gave pens to all the XII std students appearing for the board exams. I gave it to everyone of them. I am not choosy. Whatever I have, I give it uniformly to all. எந்த ஒரு பாகுபாடும் இல்லாமல் இருப்பதுதான் ரொம்ப முக்கியமான விஷயம்.

Without any partiality, without being fussy and choosy, we should be able to share with everyone what ever we have, God is like that. That is why God qualfies to be your best Valentine. Whatever role you choose God to play, He plays that role to perfection.
Kuchela took to Krishna as his friend. Krishna played that role very beautifully. When Kuchela went to meet Krishna, Krishna never bothered whether Kuchela was rich or poor. The king, Krishna offered a throne for Kuchela , he did பாதபூஜை, served food for him and acted like a servant to Kuchela. Before Kuchela reached his house, Krishna changed his house into a bungalow and made them prosperous. When Kuchela takes Krishna as his friend he feels Krishna is his treasure.

Meera looked upon Krishna as her lover boy amd He played that role to perfection. When I say ‘Meera’ you all remember her, don’t you? If Meera would have loved any Mr. X or Y, she would have been forgotten by this world like any other girl in this world. Because she took Krishna as her lover, the moment I say ‘Meera’ all of you remember her.

Dhruva took to God as his Father. So, when I say Dhruva you know, because he became a Star in the Galaxy. துருவன் அவனுடைய அப்பா அம்மாவோடு நின்று போயிருந்தால் யாருக்கு ஞாபகம் இருக்கும்? உலகத்தில் எத்தனை ராஜகுமாரர்கள் வந்தார்கள், யாருக்காவது ஞாபகம் இருக்கா? துருவன் நாராயணனை அப்பாவாக வைத்தான். அதனால் மிக உயரத்திற்கு சாமி அவனைக் கொண்டு போய் வைத்துவிட்டார். Andal desired God to be her husband. He gave her shelter. Hanuman took God as his boss. Now there are temples for Hanuman everywhere. You are offering butter, and garlands made of tulsi leaves and vadas to Hanuman. Take to God in any loving relationship. It need not to be that of a lady and a man. The relation you build with Him can be a Father, it can be Brother, it can be Boss; it can be anything. Any relation you seek, God just plays that role. God has no qualities. He is like a mirror. Whoever stands in front of the mirror will be reflected in the mirror. Similarly whatever role you want God to play, He will play. He has no relationship.

‘ஏது அவன் பேர், ஏது அவன் ஊர், யார் உற்றார், யார் அயலார்?’ அவனுக்கு பெயரும் கிடையாது, ஊரும் கிடையாது வேண்டியவங்க யார் வேண்டாதவங்க யார். No one is close to Him and no one is distant to Him. God is beyond all that.
On this Valentine’s day my message to all of you is ‘love God’. Because only He fits into the ‘caring, sharing’ yardstick for love and He has already done so much for you. You have never reflected upon whatever He has done for you. Whatever relationship you want with God, you can have with Him – Father, Mother, Brother, Lover, Husband, anything. Take to Him seriously in any relationship. He is not affected by anything. God is like fire. Fire consumes even trash. Whatever is put in fire, becomes fire. Even if you are the worst sinner, if you come into contact with God, He will make you God. You cannot pollute God. You cannot affect God. You cannot pollute me. You cannot affect me. That is why I am close to everyone. You cannot pollute me. I am fire. If you come to me I will transform you also into fire. Do you understand the trash and fire philosophy? I can transform you. Everyone is wanted in God’s kingdom. Do not assume that you are a bad person and that God will not like you.

ஒரு ஆட்டு மந்தையிருக்கு. அதில் நல்லாயிருக்கிற ஆட்டை சும்மா குச்சியை வைத்து ஓட்டிக்கிட்டு இருப்பான். எல்லா ஆடும் குடுகுடுன்னு ஓடும். கொஞ்சம் கால் ஒடிந்த ஆடு இருக்கும். The Good Shepherd will carry that sheep in His Hands and walk. God always cares for the lame sheep. யார்கிட்டே குறையிருக்கோ, யார் கடவுள் நம்மகிட்டே அன்பாக இருக்கமாட்டாரோன்னு நினைக்கிறாங்களோ, அவங்ககிட்டேதான் கடவுள் நிறைய அன்பாக இருப்பார். The Shepherd does not bother about the healthy sheep, because He need not concern Himself with them, they are fine and they will follow Him wherever He leads them. God always cares for the weaker ones, the lame ducklings.

So you are most wanted by God if you are a bad person or if you harbour guilt and self-pity. God loves you much more than a healthy person. That is why God is called The Good Shepherd. You are called பசு and your owner is called பசுபதிநாத் சிவா. நீங்கள் கோக்கள் – பசுக்கள். உங்களுக்கு ஒரு தலைவன் இருக்கிறான். தலைவன் = விந்தன். கோக்களாகிய உங்களுடைய தலைவன் கோவிந்தன். பசுபதி, கோவிந்தன். and Good Shepherd are one and the same. All the religions teach you the same philosophy. God loves you all. That is my message. Shake yourself out of your self-pity. Have self confidence. When God is by your side, who can be against you? Even the worst enemies, God will convert into your friends. Always remember God and never forget God. எப்பொழுதும் கடவுளை நினை. எப்பொழுதும் கடவுளை மறவாதே.

உன்னுடைய ஆத்ம தாகத்திற்கு கடவுள்தான் ஜீவ ஊற்றாக இருக்கிறான். அவனை உனக்குப் புரிகிற பெயரில் கும்பிடு. இந்த thirst quenchஆக வேண்டும். அதுதான் மிகவும் முக்கியம். அதனால், எதாவது ஒரு பெயரை எப்பொழுதும் சொல்லிக் கொண்டிரு. எப்பொழுதும் சொல்லலாம். நடக்கும் பொழுது சொல்லலாம். பஸ்ஸில் போகும் பொழுது சொல்லலாம். ஆரம்பத்தில் கொஞ்சம் கஷ்டமாக இருக்கும். Gradual ஆக வந்துவிடும்.
